Clare Fernandes

Clare brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and strategic leadership to her role, with over a decade of experience spanning healthcare, project management, and human resources. She has led the development and launch of residential treatment programs across the country, overseeing complex projects from concept to implementation.

Before transitioning into project management, Clare worked as a therapist after earning her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. This clinical background continues to inform her work, offering a deep understanding of behavioral health and client-centered care.

Clare also served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for one of Georgia’s largest healthcare systems and nonprofits. In this role, she was a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, helping align organizational goals with workforce strategies to support growth, engagement, and performance. She is passionate about building strong teams and impactful programs that make a difference in the communities they serve.
